With the customer order function, you can record and manage bookings directly in the back office. A shopping basket can be created in just a few clicks, and articles can be added, commented on, or discounted flexibly. Depending on your needs, an order can be turned into an offer, a pickup slip, or an invoice sale. All orders remain editable and can be processed or completed at any point of sale.

Invoices can then be created collectively or individually, sent by e-mail with a QR payment section or printed out as a PDF. Open items, shipping status and incoming payments remain clear and traceable at all times.

Incoming payments in ISO 20022 format from your bank are automatically read in and assigned to the corresponding invoices. This saves you time, avoids errors and keeps your outstanding receivables under control at all times.
